It’s important to start by clarifying to customers that your order processing times are separate from the shipping times they see at checkout.
All orders are processed within 8 to 12 business days (excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For simple flat rate shipping: We charge nothing for shipping within India, provided the order is above INR500. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
Delivery Time
Delivery times vary based on the customer’s geographic location, typically taking 5 to 15 working days for the product to arrive at the customer’s doorstep.
Shipping Policy
Our shipping policy is straightforward, with no hidden charges. Shipping fees are calculated online using an integrated shipping module, based on our annual negotiated rates. These online quotes are estimates derived from weight and volume calculations. Please note, we reserve the right to revise shipping costs as necessary.
All orders are shipped exclusively from our India-based warehouses. We have no affiliations with distributors and do not ship from any other location. For shipping arrangements other than standard ground service, such as expedited delivery, all additional customs duties or brokerage fees will be the customer’s responsibility.
At present, we do not require signatures upon delivery.

If a customer opts for self-managed delivery arrangements, they must sign a waiver releasing us from liability for any issues outside our control. Additionally, in cases where we receive a shipping invoice, we reserve the right to charge the customer’s credit card. A copy of the invoice and payment receipt will be provided.
For backorders, which are rare, items are not automatically shipped. Standard ordering procedures will apply once the stock arrives.
